I considered myself small (since I am asian) but I was told by a massesues the other day that I am very good in size considering my body size and frame. I am 5'-6" and weights 190 lbs but not at all fat, and rather stocky and muscular. My neck is 17" and chest 43" and waist 35". And my uncircumsized cock when erected (and it curves straight up against my belly) measures somewhere between 4.5" along the top and 5.5" along the bottom of the shaft. Circumsizing would make it bigger and thicker??? How is that possible? I would think the opposite, if anything. Having all that skin to "grow" into, you would thing, would allow for all the expansion possible. Being cut, you reduce the allowable "growing" space.
